At the Agronomic faculty of the Azerbaijan State Agricultural University (ADAU) a training course was held on "Actual problems of cotton production and ways of their solution".
At the training, Professor of General Agriculture, Genetics and selection Department, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Nizami Seyidaliyev, Associate Professor of the same Department, Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural Sciences Elkhan Allahverdiyev, Associate Professor of Plant Protection Department of Soil Science and Agrochemistry Department, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences Kazim Huseynov gave detailed information on this topic to the employees of State Agricultural Development Center in Barda district, Barda branch of "MKT Production Commercial" LLC, farmers of Barda district.
The participants of the training were given an annual calendar of cotton production and materials on plant protection.
The participants' questions of interest were discussed in detail and the questions were answered.
